I found the location convenient near the park. It was right in the center but quiet. The hotel has a great medieval interior, which I liked very much. The rooms were clean, and the furniture was of good quality.

Our shower had some issues, there was hair in our shower. The bartender seemed miserable and short with customers. I was charged 2500 czk as a 'deposit'. Drinks were deducted from it, or so I was told, but I was still charged the full amount.

I enjoyed the superb breakfast. It had a wide variety. the outdoor bar by the river was also much appreciated. the hotel's situation near local dinner options was convenient.

The bathroom felt tiny. The shower seemed very small.

The breakfast was fantastic, with both continental and hot food options. The medieval decoration created a superb ambiance in the dining room. I found high-quality pillows in the room and a fridge stocked with a variety of snacks and drinks, I enjoyed it. Staff provided welcome drinks and gave recommendations for dinner.

The location required walking through a park with very dark spots at night. This could be a safety concern for some guests. I hope the management addresses it.

The hotel is situated close to tourist attractions, but it is also lovely and quiet. It's convenient for visiting the whole city since it is well connected and on the Kampa island. Charles Bridge is also minutes away, it is very handy.

The location was great, very close to the city center. the breakfast was delicious. I especially liked the variety of food. i could also leave my luggage after checking out, useful. the staff were friendly and helpful with directions.

The room size was small, it felt cramped. the soundproofing could be better. i heard noise from outside. the bed was too firm for my liking. there was a fee for additional cleaning beyond the standard schedule. This seemed a bit excessive.

I found the breakfast room beautiful. it was decorated like a medieval armory. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. They assisted us with unexpected needs. the dining room staff were wonderful, i noticed. the beds were comfortable. there was good storage space for luggage.

I noticed our shower was not perfectly clean. There was some hair in it. this was a minor issue, though.

The front desk staff helped us with requests. the reception staff were helpful and courteous. the reception ladies were very helpful. Barbora and lisa were especially responsive. they were the most i have contacted.
